Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold gently.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool before serving.
