Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 200 g Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 handful Arugula

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.
  4. 4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. 5. Toast the bread slices in the same skillet until golden brown.
  6. 6. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  7. 7. Layer the sliced steak and arugula on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
  8. 8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
