Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Milk any type
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
