Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Bell Peppers, diced any color
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the cooked rice and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
