Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in, thick cut
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs seasoned
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each pork chop without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pork chop with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
