Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a pocket into each pork chop without cutting all the way through.
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each pork chop with the mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each pork chop for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
