Sushi Burritos Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 lb fresh fish (like tuna or salmon) sliced thin
- 1 cup julienned vegetables like cucumber, carrot, avocado
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into cooked rice. 
- 2. Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top. 
- 3. Arrange slices of fish and julienned vegetables in a line along the bottom edge of the rice. 
- 4. Roll the nori tightly using the sushi mat, pressing firmly to seal. Slice in half if desired. 
- 5. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
