- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
