Main Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. 
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well. 
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter. 
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. 
- Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
