Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Sauce

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
