Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red chili flakes. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan and stir well.
  4. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
