Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 pieces Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
  2. 2. Boil the hibiscus flowers in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked hibiscus flowers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  7. 7. Serve the hibiscus mixture on the warm tortillas. Enjoy!
