Tacos de Jamaica
Delicious and unique tacos made with hibiscus flowers.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 8 pieces Tortillas
1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
2. Boil the hibiscus flowers in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked hibiscus flowers to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
7. Serve the hibiscus mixture on the warm tortillas. Enjoy!
