Main Ingredients
- 1 cup tamarind pulp seedless
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup cold water
1. In a saucepan, combine tamarind pulp and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool.
4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
5. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
