Instructions
Wash and dry the strawberries. Skewer them.
In a pot, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
Quickly dip skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture, coating evenly.
Place on parchment paper to cool and harden.
