Tater Tots Casserole Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make casserole using tater tots, ground beef, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 small Onion, chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and mix well.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
