Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Lettuce leaves

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread.
  4. Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
