- 4 fillets Salmon
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and pour the teriyaki sauce over them.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
