Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • to taste Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeño slices.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each roll and place it on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
