Lumpia Filling
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Lumpia Wrappers
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
