Ingredients 

Lumpia Filling

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Lumpia Wrappers

  • 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers

For Frying

  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling on a lumpia wrapper. Fold the sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
