  • 1 can tuna drained
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • to taste pepper
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
  4. Top with diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and shredded carrots.
  5. Roll up the lettuce leaves and serve.
