Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
