Turkish Dumplings Recipe
Delicious Turkish dumplings, also known as Manti, filled with spiced meat and served with a garlic yogurt sauce.

Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 unit Egg
- 0.5 cup Water as needed
Filling
- 200 grams Ground beef or lamb
- 1 unit Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the egg and mix well. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. For the filling, mix ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut into small squares. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal the edges.
4. Boil a pot of salted water. Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, about 10 minutes. Drain.
5. For the sauce, mix yogurt and garlic. Melt butter in a pan and add paprika.
6. Serve dumplings with garlic yogurt sauce and drizzle with paprika butter.
