Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet Potatoes
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for 1 hour.
  3. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine potato flesh with sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese.
  5. Spoon the mixture back into the potato shells. Top with remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
