- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a food processor, combine black beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
