Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Drizzle with sesame oil if using, and mix well.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
