Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil optional
  • 2 pieces Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil if using, and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
