Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes.
Add zucchini, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, add salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add green beans and corn, cook for another 5 minutes.
