Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles any type
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil for cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
