Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe
A refreshing and strong Vietnamese iced coffee, perfect for a hot day.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coarse ground Vietnamese coffee
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup ice
1. Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a glass.
2. Place the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) on top of the glass.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of coarse ground Vietnamese coffee to the filter.
4. Pour a small amount of hot water into the filter to let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
5. Fill the filter with the remaining hot water and let the coffee drip through.
6. Once the coffee has finished dripping, stir well to combine with the condensed milk.
7. Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee mixture over it. Stir well and enjoy!
