Watergate Salad Recipe
A light and fluffy dessert salad made with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping.

Main Ingredients
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 oz
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz, undrained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped walnuts optional
- 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice). 
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts (if using), and whipped topping until well combined. 
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
