- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Chill the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes.
2. Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
3. Beat the cream with a hand mixer on medium speed until it starts to thicken.
4. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
