  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 can White Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Green Chiles diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. 2. Add the white beans, green chiles, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, and chili powder to the pot. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or sour cream if desired.
