Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in beans, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and heavy cream. Serve hot.
