Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. 
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the zucchini slices on the bottom. 
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the zucchini. 
- Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cheese. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown. 
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
