  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the zucchini slices on the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the zucchini.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cheese.
