- 2 cups Zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the zucchini slices on the bottom.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the zucchini.
Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
