- 1 lb Chorizo
- 8 small Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 1 cup Chopped Cilantro
- 2 whole Limes, cut into wedges
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Warm the tortillas in another skillet or directly over a gas flame until they are pliable.
3. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of chorizo on each tortilla. Top with diced onions and chopped cilantro.
