  • 0.75 cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place a cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling to coat the pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and return it to the oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
