Classic homemade French fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 liter Vegetable Oil for frying
- to taste Salt
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks.
2. Soak the potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes until they are pale and soft. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Increase the oil temperature to 400°F (200°C).
6. Fry the potatoes again in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
7. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
