  • 1 lb Skirt Steak thinly sliced
  • 4 Bolillo Rolls split
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cup Queso Fresco crumbled
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. 3. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  4. 4. Top with sliced steak, avocado, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño, and queso fresco.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and serve immediately.
