Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 handful Lettuce optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on two slices of toasted bread.
  4. Top with lettuce if desired, and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
