Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Burger buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Place the patties on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. 5. Serve the turkey burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
